Following the opening of the new terminal, known to frequent fliers as T3, it has been announced that Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport will soon benefit from the addition of a second runway.
This will enable the Costa del Sol to welcome even more visitors from all over Europe and beyond. It has been estimated that T3 has already resulted in a doubling of capacity, as well as presenting new arrivals with a very stylish first impression.
New figures, published by AENA reveal that, since November 2010, 9.5 million passengers have passed through the terminal after touching down on a total of 80,000 flights. Continue reading »

Peter Rosén founder and co-owner of Nordica was recently interviewed for a Business Profile feature in the June 2011 edition of Essential magazine, a prestigious Marbella English-language lifestyle magazine . An excert from the article follows:
Building a reputation
Originally from Sweden, Peter was as strongly seduced by the lifestyle Marbella offered as the people he would later help to find homes. Nordica was founded in the mid-eighties, and over the next two decades would steadily build a solid reputation for straightforward and transparent business ethics, and a high regard for client satisfaction. While other firms expanded rapidly Peter and his wife Anna Lena concentrated on remaining small but highly focused and effective, concentrating mostly on Marbella and Sotogrande. “We never wanted to be the biggest, but we do want to be able to provide an effective, efficient and friendly service.
