With an improved infrastructure, an increasing range of cultural events and first class golf opportunites, alongside the charm of tranditional Spanish- Mediterranean appetite for life, the verdict from the real estate agents is clear enough- Marbella is one ideal package: The climate, the lifestyle and the value for money.
Bring on the night – Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus ahs been the playground for the international jet set since the early 70s, a small oasis for the rich and famous when mass tourism was still in its early childhood. Today this reknowned leidsure port has changed, it has grown and has become one of the main shopping centers on the coast with its three large malls, counting the nationa symbol of commerce, El Corte Ingles. The pulsating nightlife still attracts thousands every eyar, offering a vast diversity of bars, night-clubs, discoteques and restaurants, along with the casino, located just outside Puerto Banus.
First class golf – Nueva Andalucia.
Perhaps slightly intimidating if not annoying for the non-golfers, the omnipresent stress on golf in Marbella is due to its many excellent golf courses, all located within a fairly small area. the so called Golf Valley west of Marbella is perhaps the most coveted area of them all and home to four first class courses: La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha, among estate agents reffered to as the “Golden Triangel” of Marbella.

Long a favourite destination of Mediterranean cruise ships, it doesn’t take long to understand why, every week, thousands of tourists descend to enjoy all that the city of Málaga has to offer.
With all the amenities that one would expect of a modern city, yet with the friendly, relaxed attitude that one would anticipate from a Spanish location, Málaga has plenty to offer. In fact, visitors who arrive for a day trip quickly realise that one day is woefully inadequate to experience the sights and sounds of this atmospheric Mediterranean city. Continue reading »
